    Murder suspect arrested in Rutherford Co.

    RUTHERFORD COUNTY, N.C. (WSPA) — A man suspected of murder in Rutherford County turned himself in to police over the weekend.

    According to the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office, Jerry Wayne Martin turned himself into the Rutherford County jail on September 7.

    Martin is a suspect in the death of Terry Wayne Brown , who was first reported missing from the Union Mills area on August 16.

    Investigators looked into Brown’s disappearance and eventually found his remains buried at a property in Union Mills.

    Martin appeared in court Monday, where he received bond.

    he shouldn't got no bond they just pat him on the back if u murder some one they should stay in jail bring back western law
