Really Good, Really Big, Really Cheap Book Sale returns to Greenville selling nearly 100,000 books

GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) – Greenville Literacy Association is holding its 23rd annual fundraising event, the Really Good, Really Big, Really Cheap Book Sale.

A kick-off party will take place Thursday, August 8, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Tickets to the kick-off party are $50 each or $90 per couple. Dessert, drinks and music are included in the ticket price. Proceeds from the kick-off party and book sale benefit GLA which works to increase literacy and improve employability through adult basic education, GED preparation and ESL and language courses.

If you are unable to attend the kick-off party, the sale will still be available Saturday, August 10 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sunday, August 11 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m
