Juvenile injured in early morning Beaufort shooting

BEAUFORT, S.C. (WSAV) – Beaufort Police Department (BPD) is investigating a shooting that occurred early Thursday morning and left one juvenile injured.

On September 12, 2024, at approximately 1:49 a.m., BPD was dispatched to 2400 Southside Blvd, Spanish Trace Apartments for a shots fired call.

Upon arrival, officers located a juvenile with a gunshot wound and immediately rendered aid. The juvenile was transported to a local area hospital and is in stable condition.
