Man arrives at hospital after being shot multiple times in Henrico

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A man is in the hospital Friday night after he was shot multiple times in Henrico County.

Just after 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 9, officers with the Henrico County Police Division responded to a local hospital after being told a man was being treated there for multiple gunshot wounds.

Police determined that the shooting took place in the 400 block of Laburnum Avenue in Henrico.

“At this time, the victim is expected to survive their injuries,” a police spokesperson said.

As of the time of reporting, Henrico officers remain at the scene conducting an investigation into this incident.
