CARLTON, Minn. (Northern News Now) - A Carlton man, who has made a name for himself on Jeopardy, is advancing to the semi-finals after winning Thursday. Sam Kavanaugh is a four-time Jeopardy Champ and this was his first Invitational Tournament with Jeopardy. The substitute teacher from Carlton won Thursday after he wagered the least amount of money during the final jeopardy, which stumped all three contestants.
