I think all landlords should have to go through education on safety regulations and be certified before they can own a residential building!

Rental Registry has been around for at least 6 yrs it was called the 110 inspection but David Horne couldn't be bothered. He dropped the ball.Now the ball is still being dropped because Horne is still crying he didn't get the job he didn't deserve.And and chief Carl is to busy trying to seduce anything on 2 legs and spends his day in Paxton Playing Commisioner hmmmm PEOPLE ARE DIEING
