Authorities investigating Windham County school bus crash
ATHENS, Vt. (WCAX) - Vermont authorities are investigating a school bus crash in the town of Athens Thursday morning. DMV officials say troopers responded to the crash around 7:15 a.m. on Route 35. They say the driver, Randall McDonald, 75, lost control and went off the road. All seven students on board and McDonald were able to get off the bus without any injuries reported.

Cyclist Killed in Collision With Truck at DeWolfe and Mount Auburn Streets
A Florida woman was killed in a collision with a truck while riding her bicycle at the intersection of DeWolfe Street and Mount Auburn St. around 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Cambridge Police Department spokesperson Robert Goulston confirmed the time and location of the crash in a statement on Friday and wrote that “the cyclist did not survive their injuries.” The woman, 55, was not identified by Goulston.
