Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast upcoming in Woodburn

The Woodburn and French Prairie Kiwanis Clubs will present the 44th annual Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast for the Woodburn community on Thursday, May 2.

Hosted by the Woodburn United Methodist Church, 700 Cascade Drive, Woodburn, the doors will open at 7 a.m. and breakfast will be served at 7:30 a.m.

Tickets cost $20 and are available online at https://rb.gy/0wcjzr .

Woodburn Mayor Frank Lonergan will share some remarks before different community leaders will lead prayers for different topics, starting with our community, then county, state, country, and world, as well as first responders, youth, schools, workplaces, families, and the faith community. This is a non-denominational prayer breakfast, and all are welcome to participate.
