The Marion County District Attorney's Office confirmed that a suspect has been charged in the fatal Woodburn grocery shooting that happened over the weekend.
Jose Gustavo Garcia-Rivera, 37, has been charged with Second Degree Murder, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and 2 counts of recklessly endangering another person.
The charges stem from a shooting Sunday afternoon at Mega Foods at 1542 Mount Hood Avenue. One victim was confirmed killed. This victim was later identified as Noel Orozco Romero, 39.

A motive for the shooting has not been released.
According to court records, Garcia-Rivera was arraigned Monday and ordered held without bail. The DA's Office declined to comment further on the charges citing a pending prosecution.
Garcia-Rivera is due to be arraigned on an indictment June 15.
