    Man arrested after yelling at passing motorists

    WOOD COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – One man has been arrested after yelling at passing motorists.

    According to the Wood County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to North Oak Grove Road on July 26 after receiving reports of a man wandering the roadway and yelling at passing motorists.

    Upon arrival, deputies observed Luka B. Yakim, 34, of North Oak Grove Road, screaming and cursing at passersby.

    Yakim refused deputies’ orders to sit on the ground and continued his disorderly behavior.

    Yakim was subsequently arrested and charged with obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, and impersonation of a law enforcement officer or official.

    He was transported to the holding center for processing and arraigned before a magistrate, who set his bond at $3,500 surety.

    sounds like the man has mental health issues and of course they ignore it and lock him up
