JCPD: Rollover crash on I-26 sends one person to hospital Saturday morning

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — A rollover crash sent one person to the hospital Saturday morning on Interstate 26, according to the Johnson City Police Department (JCPD).

A statement from the JCPD said the crash took place on I-26 west near mile marker 25 at around 8:30 a.m. A vehicle reportedly crashed and overturned in the roadway.

The driver of the vehicle was transported to a hospital and was the only occupant of the vehicle, according to the JCPD. The JCPD said the scene was clear by 11:50 a.m.
