From the WIAC -- WIAC Kwik Trip Athletes of the Week. (Week of November 27 - December 3) Logan Pearson, Senior (Kimberly, Wis./Kimberly), Forward of UW-Platteville. Pearson became the 39th player in program history to reach 1,000 career points as he averaged 24.5 points and 6.5 rebounds per game across a pair of Pioneer wins. He opened the week with 23 points of 7-of-12 shooting in a 71-54 win over Ripon College (Wis.) on Nov. 29, before reaching the 1,000-point plateau by scoring 26 points in just 16 minutes in a 97-54 win over Olivet College (Mich.) on Dec. 2. Against Olivet, Pearson shot 10-of-13 from the field and 5-of-6 from three, while adding three rebounds and three assists. He posted his first double-double of the season against Ripon by grabbing 10 boards and dishing out four assists, along with two steals and a block. For the week, Pearson shot 68.0 percent from the floor, 54.5 percent from three, and 90.0 percent from the free throw line.
Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association announces 2024 Hall of Fame Class
The Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association has announced its 2024 Hall of Fame Class:. After spending five years in pro ball as a first baseman, four with the Phillies and one with the Pirates at the AA level, Bigler has forged a career in which he has over 500 career victories as he continues to coach at Brookfield Central. His teams have won six Conference titles, 13 Regional titles and two Sectional Championships. He led the Lancers to a Summer State Title in 2014. He also helped his brother at Cardinal Stritch for three years. With just two more wins, he will move into 8th place on all-time victories for coaches who did the majority of their coaching in the WIAA summer season.

AUBURNDALE – The Columbus Catholic boys basketball team were back on the court for the first time in over a week and played with a purpose.
