St. Peter man sentenced to five months for groping teen girl
A St. Peter man has been sentenced to five months in the Nicollet County Jail after being found guilty of groping a 13-year-old girl. Jeremy Alan Giefer, 49, was found guilty of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree, felony fourth degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and a gross misdemeanor in the fifth degree nonconsensual contact. He was further acquitted of fourth degree criminal secual conduct by use of force or coercion. ...
Driver hurt in semi collision near Klossner
Two semis collided near Klossner Tuesday evening, leaving one driver injured. The state patrol says an International Semi driven by Kyle Helget, 40, of New Ulm was southbound on Highway 15, and a Volvo Semi driven by Christopher Patton, 50, of Cyrus was northbound when the two rigs collided at 412th St.
Trebelhorn’s reign as Miss Winthrop is coming to a close
