OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. (WTRF) — The 36 polling locations in Ohio County opened at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, and so far, the turnout has been a bit slow, according to officials. One of the biggest races in Ohio County is for the next mayor of Wheeling, which consists of 6 different candidates.
