Original story follows:

CARY, N.C. — Rollins College's baseball team defeated Cal State San Bernardino 10-8 on Friday to advance to the national championship round of Division II Championships at the USA Baseball National Training Complex.

After Cal State San Bernardino (46-19) rallied to take the lead in the sixth inning, the Tars (42-18) came back on the Coyotes in the eighth inning and held them off.

Rollins plays Angelo State University at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the national championship round. The Tars have to win two games in that round in order to claim the Division II crown.

In Friday's game, Ryan Coleman led the Tars offensively by going 4-for-5 at the plate and scoring three runs. Pitcher Ryan Murphy (4-0) came on in relief in the fifth inning to get the victory. He struck out four and gave up three earned runs over the last five innings.
