A man turned himself in in connection to the murder of a 21-year-old man, which happened after a shooting on May 18, according to the Winston-Salem Police Department.Officers were called to the scene of a shooting on Quincy Drive, an apartment complex that caters to local university students. When they arrived, they found Deonta Mcarn suffering from gunshot wounds.
