WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Police are conducting an investigation on 400 Everidge Rd., Winston-Salem police report.
Crews have been seen digging in the same area they were digging around on Monday.
The investigation is on private property and poses no danger to the public, police said. However, police said it could last several days.
“I appreciate the hard work of all the people out here. There’s a lot of work to do," District Attorney Jim Oneill said on Tuesday.
This is an ongoing investigation.
