WE’RE TOLD 51 YEAR OLD ELSON WARREN OF WINSTON-SALEM FACES ONE COUNT OF FELONY ANIMAL CRUELTY, ACCORDING TO THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE, EYEWITNESSES SAW WARREN BEATING A DOG ON A BACK PORCH. THE DOG NAMED BLONDIE DIED FROM HER INJURIES.
