Winsted man arrested for illegal possession of gun, drugs
WINSTED, CT (WFSB) - A call about a man showing a gun in Winsted led to an arrest on both gun and drug charges. Elisha Barrow, of Winsted, was arrested on charges of second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace, possession of a criminal possession, illegal firearm, violation of a protective order, having a pistol without a permit, and possession of a controlled substance.
Bristol man accused of going 120 mph on Route 8 in Naugatuck
A man has been arrested for allegedly going 120 miles per hour on Route 8 in Naugatuck on Monday morning. State police said a man in his 20s is accused of driving erratically at a high speed. The driver also followed vehicles closely and at unsafe distances, passed on the right and made unsafe lane changes.
