Crash closes portion of Route 139 in Kennebec County
KENNEBEC COUNTY, Maine — Emergency officials have responded to the scene of a crash on Waterville Road in Unity Township. As of 12:30 p.m., the road, also known as Route 139, was expected to be closed for "a few more hours" for crash reconstruction, Kennebec County Sheriff's Office Lt. Chris Read told NEWS CENTER Maine.
Skowhegan softball looking for redemption in A North amidst hot start

Colby College plans to build a 109,000-square-foot residence hall on the Waterville, Maine, campus that would house 217 students and be ready for occupancy in 2026.
