ARKANSAS CITY, Kan. (KWCH) - Arkansas City police arrested a man on Thursday following a month-long investigation into counterfeit bills. The police department said officers served a search warrant at the Cowley College Kirk Dale Dorms on Thursday and found $28,000 in different denominations in what is believed to be counterfeit currency, “suspected illegal substances and items associated with their use.”
