Dog found with collar attached to tree in South Windsor; reward offered
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT (WFSB) - A dog was found fastened by its collar to a tree in South Windsor. The Tyler Regional Animal Care Shelter posted photos of the dog to social media on Tuesday morning. It reported that the dog was found near the Niederwerfer Wildlife Sanctuary on Monday.
