DART bus drivers take over fairgrounds for Roadeo competition
DES MOINES, Iowa — Des Moines bus drivers are taking their skills to a local competition. Buses from the Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority (DART) have taken over the fairgrounds for the annual Roadeo contest. Drivers have to navigate through obstacles on a course. They simulate daily tasks live, picking up passengers and driving through tight streets.
