Interstate 91 south in Windsor has reopened after a multi-vehicle crash closed lanes on Wednesday morning.
Two vehicles were believed to be involved in the crash.
The right lanes of the highway were closed between exits 34 and 33. The highway has since fully reopened.
Heavy congestion was also reported in the area.
