Crash in Windsor Mobile Country Club (Windsor Police)

Two people have been arrested after a high speed chase in Windsor ends in a crash. Early Monday morning, police got a call about someone loading luggage into a car on Wilson Lane. Someone had stolen some of the luggage and the victim described a nearby suspicious SUV. A deputy spotted the SUV in a nearby parking lot but it drove away as the deputy approached. That led to a chase through a neighborhood with speeds reaching 80 miles-per-hour. It ended in the Windsor Mobile Country Club neighborhood when the SUV crashed through two fences and stopped after hitting a tree. The driver, Bradley Justis, ran from the scene and was arrested an hour later after he was found in a backyard shed. The passenger, Denise MacArthur, stayed in the SUV and was arrested there.
