WESTMINSTER — A New Hampshire woman was arrested Sunday after she was caught driving 35 mph over the speed limit on Interstate 91, authorities said. DUMMERSTON — A single-vehicle crash on Interstate 91 led to the arrest of a New Hampshire man for driving under the influence of drugs late last night.
