Light at RM 3237 and Winters Mill operational

Construction operations at the intersection of Winters Mill Parkway and RM 3237 have come to a close after months of work. The new traffic signal, which was installed several weeks ago, is now fully operational.

The Hays County project added turn lanes for those turning off of and onto westbound 3237 and installed a traffic signal at the intersection. The intersection is intended to provide a safer junction for traffic coming in and out of Wimberley, as well as a slowing point for drivers headed into the city. As a result of the construction, all lanes on 3237 were also repaved.
