Train track maintenance causes traffic backups on Oleander Dr.

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) - Traffic was backed up for about an hour on Oleander Dr. on Wednesday afternoon while work was being done to railroad tracks.
According to the Wilmington Police Department, CSX was performing track maintenance.
A spokesperson for CSX said crews were unloading rail for scheduled infrastructure maintenance.
The crew wrapped up work shortly after 2:30 p.m.
