St. James men advance to state tennis tourney
The St. James men’s 4.0 55 + USTA team finished the season in first place with a record of 10-2. The season concluded in dramatic fashion, determined in the final match, against the second-place team. St. James is headed to Asheville to defend its title. In 2022, St. James won all six matches in Asheville and won St. James’ first state title at the mens’s 4.0 55+ level of play. The tournament is June 2-4 and the team is looking forward to the opportunity to bring home another state title.
