WILMINGTON, DE — The Wilmington Police Department has recently declared its ongoing efforts to organize monthly community events called “Coffee with a Cop.” The next event is scheduled to take place in June.

The Wilmington Police Department is all set to make your coffee and bakery experience even better by hosting a public safety event on Wednesday, June 7! From 9 to 11 a.m., police officers will be stationed at the Chancery Market on 1313 North Market Street, where they’ll be handing out information and giveaways in addition to having a casual chat with customers. Be sure to drop by and engage with officers for a fun and informative time!

The Wilmington Police Department has made a pledge for 2023, committing to monthly gatherings at coffee shops around the city. The objective of these events is to facilitate interaction between the public and officers, providing valuable opportunities for members of the community to ask questions and learn about resources available to them.
