Williston Hosting 2 ND Scholarship Competitions this Week

The Countdown to the Crowns is on! Williston is once again proud to host the Miss North Dakota and Miss North Dakota's Outstanding Teen Scholarship Competitions June 7-10. The Miss North Dakota Scholarship Organization is celebrating its 75th Anniversary this year and Williston has served as host for more than half of those years.

The Miss North Dakota Scholarship Organization is an official state preliminary to the Miss America Scholarship Competition. The Miss North Dakota's Outstanding Teen Scholarship Competition is an official state preliminary to Miss America's Outstanding Teen Competition.

Miss North Dakota 2022 Sidni Kast is originally from Minot and is working on her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. She will graduate in 2024.

Miss North Dakota's Outstanding Teen 2022 Olivia Rossland is originally from Williston and just completed her freshman year of college at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks and her first year on the UND Dance Team.

Join Williston for three exciting nights of Preliminary Competition featuring 35 Miss and Teen Contestants and the Final Night of Competition on June 10 where 2023 Miss and Teen State Titleholders will be crowned! The competitions are in the Bakken Auditorium at the Bakken Elementary School.

The production will feature Sidni Kast, Miss North Dakota 2022, Olivia Rossland, Miss North Dakota's Teen and they will be joined by over 30 Forever Miss North Dakotas to celebrate this milestone 75th Anniversary!
