Free child car seat check in Wilbraham Friday

WILBRAHAM, Mass. (WWLP) – A child car seat safety check is being offered in Wilbraham on Friday afternoon.

The Wilbraham Fire and Police Departments are partnering with other community safety organizations to help parents and care givers make sure that their child car seats are properly installed.

On Friday, April 26 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. certified child passenger safety technicians will be available to check the car seats and answer any questions about keeping children safe while driving.

The event is being held at the Wilbraham Police Department at 2780 Boston Road. The event is free.
