Guarantee Title hosts ‘thank you’ cookout for Wichita Falls community

WICHITA FALLS ( KFDX/KJTL ) — A local business extended a “thank you” to the community with fellowship and food on Tuesday afternoon, June 11, 2024.

Guarantee Title, located at the corner of Midwestern Parkway and Maplewood, threw a big party for local realtors, bankers, home builders and anyone else who showed up.

In addition to some barbeque, volunteers also lined up to take a shot at the dunking booth.

Owner Kolter Lukert said it’s his way of showing his appreciation.

“So this is our 25th annual barbeque customer appreciation event, and we do it every June,” Lukert said. “It is our chance to tell everybody the things they do for us.”

Different services are offered at the company such as title insurance and real estate settlements, core title insurance services, commercial transactions and residential transactions.

Guarantee Title has actually been around 125 years in Texoma.
