You best think twice before you go acting crazy at a Panera Bread - or the bread pan of justice is gonna get ya. Thankfully the casual dining establishment sidelined their "charged lemonade" drinks that were allegedly causing customers to overdose on caffeine last year. Imagine if this unruly Panera goer had also just had a lemonade with 400 mg of caffeine? Who knows if this Colorado restaurant would still be standing? This Panera Bread in Glendale, Colorado transformed from a relaxing coffee house and bakery to a WWE wrestling ring when a suspect by the name of Isaac Ross came in and started causing a scene. Police say the individual, who apparently also goes by "Kendall Ross," created a disturbance by yelling at workers, knocking things off the restaurant's counter, and even assaulting others waiting in line. As to why Ross came into the store and became belligerent, Natalie Wiersma, the woman who shot the video that you'll see below, says it had something to do with demanding a phone that Panera insisted they didn't have:
"The suspect was yelling it at the workers and they were all super confused-looking and said, ‘We don’t have your phone.'" Things reached a climactic point when Ross picked up a smoothie and chucked it at the workers behind the counter. And things just kept escalating from there, until one man that was just trying to grab a bite to eat decided that the suspect had done enough. The man in the blue shirt tried to push Ross away from the counter, but that only angered the deranged person even more. The suspect retaliated, knocking the blue-shirt-wearing guy to the ground, and that was the last straw. That's when two Panera employees "tagged in," with one grabbing and pulling the flailing Ross to the ground while another Panera worker came out with a bread pan and was READY TO USE IT. She hilariously started bonking the suspect with the metal bread sheet while the man holding Ross on the ground continually shouted, "Call the police!" That they did, but once the suspect knew that the authorities were on the way, they bolted. Glendale Police are still on the lookout for Ross, who came back later in the day and caused another disturbance. If the police really want to catch Ross, they just need to set up shop in the Panera and have their bread pans ready to go: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zkI3WxFJ9uA

That’d be “Calirado”. Colorado had lost its unique charm and joined that other country on the west coast. #violence

I hope those workers don't get fired. so many establishments don't allow employees to even defend themselves "Because we want out customers to feel safe!" I had a customer getting ready to pick a fight with me for telling him to please calm down, then he came around the counter at me. I told the manager if he had taken a swing I know how to take him down and immobilize him until police come. I was told it's against company policy and I'd be let go.
