A Brentwood, Tennessee mansion will be up for auction later this month, with a former listing price of $10.5 million.

According to the Tennessean, part of the land used to be owned by country star Kenny Chesney, and has a small cabin on property he built as a songwriting retreat.

Listed by Interluxe, the home itself was built in 2018, and spans over seven acres of land and all of the amenities you could ever want or need. There are five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, screened in porch, a golf simulator, guest house, movie room, gym, tennis courts and even a stocked pond.

The home is located about 10 miles south of Nashville in Brentwood, and is absolutely stunning in every way, from the interior to the land and luxurious exterior.
