According to a recently submitted permit application, the Arizona-based Italian restaurant concept The Sicilian Butcher plans to debut a new outpost in San Antonio.

Coming to 5534 N 1604 W Landmark Parkway , Suite 110 , the eatery will land near establishments such as Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, Kerbey Lane Cafe, and Topgolf.

For readers who are unfamiliar with The Sicilian Butcher, the concept is owned by Joey Maggiore , who also co-founded Hash Kitchen — “a creative a.m. eatery with a DJ, glitter mimosas, AZ’s largest Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar and over-the-top exciting menu items that yield a social dining experience” backed by Utah-based private equity fund Savory Fund.

What Now San Antonio contacted Maggiore to inquire about the expansion, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the filing reveals that renovations to the 5,650-square-foot space are scheduled to begin on October 1 and be completed by February 1. For an estimated $800,000, Dallas-based firm Harrison USA will carry out the project.

On The Sicilian Butcher menu, San Antonio locals can expect to find items such as 5-foot charcuterie boards, garlic bread, pizza, made-from-scratch spaghetti, and hand-rolled meatballs — as well as a selection of cocktails, wine, and sangria to wash it all down.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
