Howzit Hawaiian Kitchen Opening Brick-and-Mortar Restaurant

According to a recent Facebook post , a new eatery, Howzit Hawaiian Kitchen , plans to bring “authentic local comfort food from Hawaii to Texas.”

Coming to 1420 Schertz Parkway , Suite 290 , the concept will land near establishments such as Big Papa’s Pizza & Sports, Randy G’s Homemade Ice Cream, and Rios Barbacoa.

“Have you seen our new sign!?? We are a family from Hawaii that will be serving Hawaiian local comfort food from the Islands! Our Ohana has been part of the Schertz/Cibolo community for the past 8 years and we are excited to cook for all the families in our community! We are hoping to open up in a few short weeks! In the meantime, we are currently accepting catering orders! Can’t wait to see you all soon,” the post reads.

Before finding a brick-and-mortar spot, the business held pop-ups at Spurs games, events such as Cibolofest and the Filipino and Pacific Islander Festival, and in partnership with local restaurants.
