A New Luxury Boutique Hotel, Kimpton Santo, Is Debuting in San Antonio

According to KSAT , a new luxury boutique hotel, Kimpton Santo , containing a restaurant and three bars is debuting in San Antonio.

Coming to 431 S Alamo Street — near establishments such as Box St. All Day Brunch, Commonwealth Coffeehouse & Bakery, and Dough Pizzeria Napoletana — “the 10-story hotel will have 347 rooms, a rooftop pool and lounge, 10,000 square feet of event space, and a fitness center.”

The eatery, Dean’s Steak & Seafood , “will have a design of dramatic lighting, double-height exposed-wood vaulted ceilings” as well as “a two-level dining room with 207 seats, an oyster bar, and a curated private wine room.”

“The rooftop bar’s menu will emphasize tequila and mezcal, with small plates, cocktails, beer, and wine by the glass,” KSAT shares.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
