Philippe Chow will make its Nashville debut this fall or winter at 209 10th Ave S, Suite 235.

The high-end brand is known for its modern twist on Beijing-style food, featuring menu items such as vegetable stir fry, tofu, lettuce wraps, crispy spring rolls, noodles, dumplings, meat and seafood.

Philippe Chow already has three locations: two in New York City on the Upper East Side and in downtown, and one in Washington D.C. The Nashville location is part of the brand’s current expansion, which will include restaurants in Miami and Kuwait City.

Philippe Chow’s current locations, as well as the new Nashville spot, fall into restaurant group Merchants Hospitality’s family of brands. Abraham Merchant , president and CEO of Merchants Hospitality, said the Nashville spot will be similar to the other locations, matching their elegant ambiance and contemporary Chinese dining experience.

“Customers can expect the same exceptional service, innovative dishes, and luxurious atmosphere that Philippe Chow is renowned for,” Merchant said. “We are committed to becoming an integral part of the Nashville community and look forward to contributing to the vibrant local dining scene. We want community members to know that we are here to offer an unparalleled dining experience and to support and engage with the community in meaningful ways.”

As of now, Merchant said the project is on track for a 2024 opening.

“Construction and design are progressing well, and we look forward to welcoming our first guests soon,” Merchant said.
