Tropical Depression Gordon to turn north on Tuesday: NHC

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Tropical Depression Gordon is expected to turn toward the north today, according to the National Hurricane Center.

Tropical Depression Gordon is located about 925 miles east of the northern Leeward Islands with winds up to 35 mph.

There are no coastal watches and warnings in effect for Tropical Depression Gordon, according to the NHC.

A tropical cyclone formation is not expected within the next seven days.
