Man shot during argument in Wesley Chapel, deputies search for suspect

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A man was shot during an argument Thursday evening in Wesley Chapel, according to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.

The shooting happened after two men got into an argument in the area of Low Country Place, deputies said.

The man who was shot was taken to a hospital. The suspect left the area before deputies arrived.

Deputies said the shooting appears to be between people who know each other.

No additional information was immediately available.
