WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – A gas leak was discovered during an excavation on Massachusetts Avenue in West Springfield Monday.
The minor low-pressure leak to a home has been determined according to the West Springfield Fire Department. Eversource was called and is venting the gas into the open air, no threat to the public at this time.
