WEST SENECA, N.Y. — An Alabama developer has paid $599,000 for two parcels in West Seneca and soon will begun construction of a new Dollar General store.
The Broadway Group purchased 3030 and 3036 Seneca St. from two LLCs owned by West Seneca attorney Ralph Lorigo.
The site plan for the 10,640-square-foot store was approved by the West Seneca Planning Board in March.
