A manhunt is underway for an Okeechobee County teacher accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
The only reason this teacher and coach isn’t already behind bars is because of a Florida Sheriff’s Deputy, who also happens to be the suspect's lifelong friend and warned him the cops were coming.

A man whose body was found floating in the Intracoastal Waterway was identified, the West Palm Beach Police Department (WPBD) says.

New details in a murder-suicide in Port St. Lucie reveal the 26-year-old teacher from Martin County was stabbed to death.
CBS12 News reported on the death of Amanda Hicks, a middle school teacher at Dr. David L Anderson Middle School in Martin County, on Monday after she was killed by her fiancé who then shot himself.
The Port St. Lucie Police Department (PSLPD) says Hicks' 10-month-old daughter was present at the time of the murder.
Father of two daughters dies after intentionally crashing car with family inside
A husband and father of two daughters reportedly caused a crash with his family in the car on Florida's Turnpike Monday morning and died from his injuries Tuesday.
Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) said the 57-year-old husband and father jerked the steering wheel of the family's 2016 red Nissan Murano while his 56-year-old wife was driving. Their two daughters, 23 and 15, were also in the vehicle.
This happened around 9:15 a.m. near mile marker (MM) 105 in Palm Beach County.
