Founder’s Day at Flagler Museum

For just one day every year, the extravagant and extremely popular Henry Morrison Flagler Museum offers free admission to the public in honor of the museum’s founder, Jean Flagler Matthews. Explore the Gilded Age up close and see original art, furniture and more regarding the history of Florida and the museum’s namesake, Henry Morrison Flagler. Palm Beach’s famous Beaux Arts style-mansion and landmark will be offering free admission for Founder’s Day this Monday.

The show features the winning entries of the 2nd annual Mkapa Awards, which is a collaboration of the African Wildlife Foundation and Nature’s Best Photography, celebrating competition between photographers advocating for wildlife conservation. Have a roaring good time!

'Topdog/Underdog' at Palm Beach Dramaworks

Palm Beach Dramaworks in West Palm Beach closes out its season with a production of Pulitzer Prize-winning play “Topdog/Underdog” by celebrated playwright Suzan-Lori Parks. The show tells the dark, comic tale of two African American brothers, Lincoln and Booth, who live together and are barely making ends meet. Together they explore their sordid past and uncertain future…do not miss it!
