A grand jury has indicted Jose Larazo Cruz, 60, for murdering his estranged wife 33 years ago, the office of Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano announced April 15. A motorcyclist who died in York County over the weekend was driving on I-83 in Maryland when he was thrown from his bike in a construction zone, the coroner’s office said.
