PBSC’s District Board of Trustees green lights lease for TMRW Sports Venue
On Friday, March 22, 2024, Palm Beach State College’s District Board of Trustees (DBOT) unanimously approved an amended 20-year ground lease agreement between the College and TMRW Sports, the company founded by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy and CEO Mike McCarley. The new lease is for the construction of 250,000 square feet, 1,500 seat steel-supported structure at the Palm Beach Gardens campus that will serve as the home of the TGL interactive golf league, owned by TMRW Sports.
