    Three charged in Glen Lyon gas station argument turned stabbing

    GLEN LYON, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Three men are facing charges after an argument led to a stabbing at a gas station in Glen Lyon , police stated.

    The following three men are facing charges for a stabbing that took place at KVAL Food Outlet on East Main Street in Glen Lyon on August 25;

    • Joseph Nace, 43, of Wyoming
    • Nicholas Suprum, 23, of Nanticoke
    • Joshua Deyo, 24, of Glen Lyon

    According to the affidavit, officers were called to the gas station around 9:00 p.m. where screaming could be heard.

    Through video footage, police learned Suprum and three others arrived at the gas station store when Nace, Deyo, and two others pulled up to the parking lot.

    Suprum walked out of the store and began yelling at the car occupied by Nace, officers said. Investigators say when Suprum and the group tried to leave the parking lot, the car Nace was in blocked them. Nace and Deyo then exited their car, Nace threw a hammer at the car occupied by Suprum, and Deyo then sat in front of it, police stated.

    As stated in court documents, Suprum got out of his car and charged at Nace who drew and fumbled a gun, Suprum then stabbed Nace in the chest.

    Suprum is charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. Nace faces unlawful restraint, disorderly conduct, firearms not to be carried without a license, and other related charges.

    Deyo is charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful restraint.
