    Man faces nine years for fentanyl trafficking

    WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A Luzerne County man has been sentenced to nine years in prison for fentanyl trafficking.

    In January 2023, a federal search warrant found 300 grams of fentanyl and fluorofentanyl, together with crack cocaine and cocaine in the residence and vehicle controlled by Antoine Montgomery, 34, and a co-defendant according to a federal release.

    Montgomery was arrested during the DEA’s Operation Overdrive which targeted drug trafficking, firearms, and violent crimes in Wilkes Barre and surrounding areas.

    Montgomery faces nine years in prison after a decision from U.S. District Court Judge Malachy E. Mannion.

    the biggest import of drugs of good old republican Reagan. If you think fentanyl wasn't a danger during Trump's presidency, your brainwashed. America has always had a drug issue. Biden isn't responsible.The drug dealers are.
