10 discrimination investigations opened against Union County Public Schools
UNION COUNTY, N.C. — Federal investigators are looking into several discrimination cases at Union County Public Schools, including reports of sexual and racial harassment. The Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights opened 10 investigations into discrimination at Union County Public Schools on April 2, according to records. There are two investigations each for complaints of sexual harassment, racial harassment, retaliation, discipline, and denial of benefits.
